Useful EA offers sponsored, time-bounded access for education and consultant-led client engagements. Participants use normal Useful EA accounts, while temporary access is organized around a defined course or engagement.

Create a course for a defined academic or training term and give students a course-specific code. Students use their own accounts and receive sponsored access through 30 days after the term ends. Models created after a student joins and through the term end are automatically shared with the educator; models the student already had are not.

Sponsor a time-bounded Useful EA engagement for a client company. The named client contact accepts the applicable agreements, administers the company engagement, and controls the consultant’s temporary access. Models stay with the individual accounts that create them.

You provide a card when you sign up, but you're not charged anything until your 30-day trial ends. Use any tool in the suite for the full 30 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be billed at all.
How do I cancel before I'm charged?
Sign in to any Useful EA tool and use the "Manage billing" link, which opens a secure billing portal where you can cancel any time before your trial ends.
What's the difference between Individual and Corporate?
Individual is for one person. Corporate is built for a team — it includes up to 25 seats under one organization, the ability to share models and data with your colleagues, and org-wide security and access controls, all under a single subscription.
